This policy covers product returns, replacements, and refunds, and applies to all purchases made through www.dubaitech.me.
Eligibility for Return, Exchange or Replacement
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving your shipment. To initiate the process:

Attach supporting media (photos, videos, etc.) that showcase the fault.

Include your full name and mobile number used while placing the order.
Once your complaint is submitted, our customer support team will respond with further instructions and provide you with a complaint number.
📌 Note: Public holidays, religious holidays, and unforeseen events are not counted in the return period. The process resumes on the next working day.
Conditions for a Valid Return
A return will be accepted in the following cases:

You received the wrong item, color, model, or specifications
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.

A copy of the purchase invoice must be included in the return package.

Devices showing manufacturing defects (e.g., device not powering on, software/hardware malfunctions) must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If the product was wrongly delivered, it must be unopened and free of scratches for an immediate replacement.
Before returning, please email us pictures of the repackaged item to avoid any disputes.
🚚 Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for one-way shipping charges when sending items back to Dubaitech.me for replacement or return.
Money Back Guarantee (7 Days)
If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a full or partial refund within 7 days. Refunds are issued based on the following conditions:
✅ For New (Factory-Packed) Devices:

Must include all original packaging and accessories.

Item must be unused and undamaged.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted if the box is opened.
✅ For Used/Pre-Owned Devices:

If the device is faulty or non-functional, we will offer a replacement.
Change of Mind Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you decide to cancel or change your order:
🔄 New Devices:

Requests made before dispatch will be accepted.

A 3% processing fee applies on credit/debit card refunds.

A 7% deduction applies on refunds via Tabby.

In most cases, orders are processed within 4–6 hours, sometimes even within 1 hour of placing the order.
🔄 Used/Pre-Owned Devices:

Same conditions apply as for new devices.

Change of mind requests must be made before the product is dispatched.

Important Shipping Information

Dubaitech.me is only responsible for dispatching your shipment via DHL or other courier partners.

Customers must track the shipment using the tracking number provided.

Any customs charges, taxes, or third-party fees at the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

In case the parcel is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept or claim the shipment.
