At Dubaitech.me, we guarantee the authenticity and quality of every product we sell. All brand-new products are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors, and they come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.


🛡️ Warranty Coverage

All new products purchased from Dubaitech.me include standard manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

To make a warranty claim, customers should contact our official support team rather than approaching third-party repair centers.

  • Warranty is applicable only to original buyers.

  • Warranty service is provided through authorized service centers in your city or region.

  • Products that are found to be Dead on Arrival (DoA) will be replaced within 7 days from the date of dispatch.

  • All DoA or faulty product claims must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the product.

📦 Returns for Warranty Claims

If you need to return an item after 15 days from the dispatch date for warranty repair:

  • Two-way postage (to and from the service center) will be borne by the customer.

  • The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Poor packaging may impact your claim eligibility.

  • Warranty claims may result in repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the issue and product condition.


🔌 Non-Covered Items & Accessories

The following are not covered under standard product warranty:

  • Complimentary accessories like earphones, batteries, cables, screen protectors, carry bags, etc.

  • Normal wear and tear over time.

  • Physical damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents.

  • Exposure to liquids, moisture, or condensation.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications done by non-approved technicians.

  • Damage resulting from neglect, improper use, or failure to follow the product’s usage instructions.

If a product is modified, rooted, unlocked, or tampered with, the warranty is considered void.


Warranty Cannot Be Claimed If:

  • Product damage results from user negligence or misuse.

  • Device was exposed to any liquid, including sweat, rain, or spills.

  • Product has been repaired by an unauthorized service center.

  • Display damage (LCD/touchscreen) is not covered under any warranty policy.

  • Device has been rooted or bootloader unlocked without manufacturer support.

⚠️ Important: If you’re not experienced with rooting or unlocking your device, we advise you not to proceed, as any resulting damage is not covered under warranty. We will verify if any malfunction is unrelated to such modifications before accepting your claim.


Customer Agreement

When submitting a warranty claim, the customer agrees that:

  • All provided information is accurate.

  • Screen protectors or coverings will be removed before servicing the device.

  • The support team will inspect and determine warranty eligibility based on the reported issue.
